Hi Iain,

Thanks for the ride on your wonderful cosybike today outside the science centre it really was great fun. My girfriend and her Mother really enjoyed it too and it was a great way for Anna to start her short holiday from Slovakia in Glasgow as she loves cycling but she definitely has never been on something so interesting or unusual.

I wish you great success with the bike and i am sure you will have lots and lots of people interested if not intrigued!!.

From Eva Schonfeld - Portobello Car Free Day.

Hi there Ian

Thank you too!  You were, as you predicted, one of the star attractions!  And thanks too for the feedback - very useful:  we weren't very well prepared, as we've never done this before and weren't expecting the kind of numbers we got!  Very encouraging though, and I certainly feel like doing it again next year!

Feedback for you?  Can't think of much - except an email/call just before the date would have been really reassuring.  It's not necessarily your responsibility, but I was up to my eyeballs in last minute bits and pieces, and only realised that we hadn't been in contact for a while on the morning of the 23rd.  Not a big deal at all, but  - well - that's all I can think of!!  (Reassuring phone call now added to cosybike pre roll check)

I really appreciated you just getting on with it all, and your general attitude of rolling with the several twists and turns as the parade developed!  Another year I'll make sure someone's there to keep you posted slightly before things happen!  The man with the flags is my husband - so I join you in your big thumbs up wholeheartedly!

All the best Ian - you made a lot of people's day - thanks!

They made my day too! Especially when I found out lots of my riders were children from Belarus. They are STILL affected by the chernobyl disaster. They are getting a special Cosybike treat this year. Shh don't tell them it's a surprise!
